Let's face it: most of us are not going to become chefs. But I think we can cook like chefs anyway. I want to find the best recipes and techniques out there and practice them on my family, and I hope you'll do the same. I want this to be a place we can post our best recipes and share our culinary masterpieces as well as disasterpieces. Let's get cooking!

these were awesome!!! definitely my favorite blueberry muffin recipe.
This recipe was very tasty. I used white whole wheat flour for the entire recipe and it gave it a whole wheat taste. If you don't like all wheat taste, would recommend mixing the flour. I also used Splenda for baking and it had very little sugar taste. I'd probably use half and half sugar next time. But it is definitely worth making again...
